Aura is a ‘for-good’ company and has built systematic giving into its program. Aiming to be the leading loyalty program in Australia, thanks to ‘a better way to do loyalty’ for both consumers and businesses alike. Initial graphics were rushed out for EOI funding and app launch. I was brought in to suggest a new ‘human focussed’ approach. A complete redesign of the logotype and app was employed that considered both the target audience and kept the internal stakeholders on-side. The new brand identity was successfully rolled out across social media, helping to increase uptake and begin staking Aura’s position in the market.
